Buses travel from the Cleveland Clinic to the Cedar-University Rapid Station in Cleveland, through the Euclid Heights/Coventry area in Cleveland Heights. 

Continuing to Mayfield/Monticello, the route ends at the Richmond Town Square in Richmond Heights.

Some buses continue further east on Willson Mills Road to SOM Center Road and Mayfield Road in Mayfield Heights.
