CLEVELAND -- The Board of Trustees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) met Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, in the George F. Dixon, III Board Room, 1240 W. Sixth St., Cleveland, OH  44113.  All Committee & Board agenda items passed:

Finance Committee:

• Reviewed and discussed the 2013 projected ending balance and proposed 2014 Budget

Public Hearing:

• FY 2014 Budget

Operations Committee:

• Presented a competitive negotiated procurement to purchase up to 240, 40-foot buses, training and spare parts

Planning & Development Committee:

• Presented competitive negotiated procurement for on-call engineering services
• Discussed contract to rehabilitate access road to the RTA Rail Facility and related agreement with Norfolk Southern Railroad

Committee of the Whole:

• Reviewed the third quarter 2013 results
• Reviewed the third quarter 2013 audit work
